

The strip to strip Hippo connector connects 2 LED tapes together and doesn’t leave a gap. They are also available in a strip to strip version or a strip to wire version. They are available in 2 pin (for single colour strips), 3 pin (for dual color strips) 4 pin (for RGB strips) and 5 pin (for RGBW or RGBWW strips). We have Hippo connectors that can be used with IP20, non-water resistant tape and versions for IP62/IP65/IP67/IP68 water resistant tape. This will make a strong physical and electrical connection ensuring a reliable joint. Simply select the correct size Hippo connector, insert the tape and close the connector until it latches. Hippo Connectors are an excellent and reliable way of joining LED tape to tape or tape to cable.

The connector uses a V-shaped pin with a center hole, and the contact point of the pad is twice as much as that of similar products on the market. The built-in elastic pin will press the pad when the LED strip is inserted, the connection only needs to be inserted and pressed.

SR series connector are specially designed for non-waterproof LED strips. it’s easy to use for a DIY project, just plug in the led tape under two tabs ,make the tape under the metal connectors ,then close the plastic cover. * May be used when silicone sleeve is removed.The connectors are quite useful and much easier than soldering, good quality with different width. Push 4-pin interface as far as possible into port.Align the 4-pin interface with the 4-pin port on the RGB controller, making sure that the arrows are lined up.Slide LED strip into connector such that the metal contacts rest directly over bare copper pads of LED strip.Align "+" terminal of cut end of LED strip with respective terminal of connector.Note the position of the "+" terminal printed on the connector cover, then open the cover.
